Hannah from Cancer Focus gave the pupils in the Purple and Green Room a very informative and interactive talk all about health and diet. We learned about the importance of a balanced diet and how our foods are labelled to show us if it is a healthy option or not. We learned all about processed foods, fat and sugar and know the difference between natural sugars and refined sugar.
