We are delighted to have a Buddy Bench in our playground at Drumrane. A Buddy Bench is a place for children to sit on if they're feeling lonely, sad or just in need of a friend to play with. If you notice someone sitting on the bench, make sure you go and invite them over to play with you and your friends. Remember to keep an eye out for anyone sitting on the bench.
The wood for our bench was donated by TESCO and it was built by the Men's Shed, Ballykelly.
The pupils in Primary 4 used role-play to show us how we can use our buddy bench.
