Our Golden Rules
We have recently introduced six Golden Rules as a vision for the kind of people we want our pupils in Drumrane to be. They are moral values which underpin all of the choices and decisions made by our school and our pupils.
These rules are going to be displayed in every classroom, in the assembly hall and in the playground. This way, everyone in the school community will be reinforcing the same message.
Our hope is to get these moral values off the walls and into our children’s hearts. We want our school to be a place where being gentle, kind, honest, hardworking, careful and a good listener is valued and encouraged.
We will be sharing, exploring and discussing each of these values in assembly and as part of our PDMU lessons with the children and would love it if parents could help reinforce these messages at home.
