Primary 7 took part in a STEM project along with Gorran PS and Limavady HS. The theme of the day was Wind Turbines and the children had the opportunity to find out all about wind energy and how the turbines work. A highlight of the day was being able to go inside the turbines and ask questions. The children also really enjoyed creating their own mini wind turbines and selecting the materials best suited for a light, yet sturdy turbine.
