Grace in P6 sang the ‘Poppy Song’ at the launch of the local British Legion Poppy Appeal in the Burnfoot Community Centre on 24th October. The words of this song were written especially for the event by Mrs Steen. Grace and Mrs Steen recorded it together the next day so that everyone could have an opportunity to listen to it at this special time of year.
